Kofola - schválení dividendy

Mimo zasedání (per rollam) schválili akcionáři $KOFOL.PR návrh představenstva společnosti na dividendu ze zisku minulého roku ve výši 13,50 CZK na jednu akcii. Rozhodný den pro uplatnění práva na tuto dividendu je 29. září 2023.

Výše dividendy se tak vrací po loňském snížení na 11,3 Kč/akcie zpět do výše 13,5 Kč/akcie, tedy stejně jako v letech 2019-2021.

Cena akcie Kofoly se posledních 5 let nachází v rozmezí 200-300 Kč za akcii. Nejvíce akcii ovlivňuje stav v gastronomii a tím letní počasí v ČR a adriatiku. S výší dividendy se akcie obchoduje kolem 5% dividendového výnosu.
